We specialize in representing clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes and income properties within the cities of Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood and the communities of Hillsboro Village, Green Hills, and Leipers Fork. As a CPA (inactive), Don maintains expertise in structuring creative and challenging real estate transactions. We keep current of all homes currently being marketed as well as the history of closed sales and homes that may have been taken off the market. Katie’s experience as a teacher in the Williamson County school system provides an insider’s knowledge of local and private schools.
Personal
Don has had the rare opportunity to build expertise in a wide variety of industries. After founding his own CPA firm at age 24, Don built this firm into one of the country’s largest (17th in billed volume) before his retirement 10 years later. Don has continued to serve in leadership roles in industries as diverse as construction,leisure travel, music publishing and financial services. Regardless of the industry, Don has consistently used leading-edge management and marketing concepts to create successful teams.
Don’s community involvement includes his active participation as President of the Board of Ronald McDonald Charities of Nashville, Calvary United Methodist Church,serving as the Chairman of the Trustees and the Church Council, Director of Charleston Place Homeowners’ Association, Advisory Board of Vanderbilt’s Dayani Center for Human Performance and founding member of the Nashville Area Pi Kappa Alpha Alumni Association.

Katie, the mother of six year old twins, taught in the Williamson County School System. An honors graduate from The University of Tennessee, Katie maintains an active role as a member of St. Matthew Catholic Church, an alumnus of Franklin Road Academy in Nashville and member of Alpha Omicron Pi. A life long Tennessean, Katie continues her family’s tradition of investing in Middle Tennessee real estate. Katie, her husband Frank, and children, Hannah and Grayson, live in Franklin, Tennessee, an area of Katie’s special real estate expertise. Katie was recently awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative Designation after completing comprehensive coursework in buyer’s representation in additition to the required practical experience as a Buyer’s Agent.
